I am an active participant of NDIS for the past eight years and receive services from more than one service provider, with Motherly Care being one of them. The best aspect of Motherly Care’s service is their commitment and approach towards their clients. The Motherly Care team will take the time to call a few times to ensure they work towards finding the right person to suit the client’s needs. Additionally, the team makes sure to cross-check that the quality of service received is satisfactory. In other words, giving the best service is their vision. Since the Motherly Care team takes exceptional care to ensure clients are 100% satisfied, I am truly touched by the service I have received from them. When faced with the challenges associated with leading a life with disability, quality and reliable service means a lot. Though I use more than one service provider, I enjoy receiving service from Motherly Care the most.

I have been using the services of Motherly Care for my son for nearly four years. To describe their services in one word, they are “exemplary”. The dedicated team at Motherly Care offer service with a passion. It is never a “support job”; it is truly a task of love and care. The support people are always punctual and uphold very high standards of work ethics and professionalism. There have been occasions when my son has needed services at short notice, and Motherly Care team has always accommodated my requests. This team is also well-known for their selfless work in the community and always finds the time and puts in the effort to help anyone who needs assistance.
